Exeter Community Centre Trust launches the Nostalgia Project

With the support of the local people and funding from The Social Investment Business and Devon County Council, Exeter Community Centre Trust (ECCT) was formed to take community ownership and management of the Centre, running it as a social enterprise for the benefit of the community. The Trust is led by their Chair, Hannah Reynolds.

The Trust is collecting the memories of the local people who have used the Centre over the last 50 years, to create ‘Memory Boards’ which will be displayed in the Centre.  The local paper, the Express and Echo is partnering with them to promote the project and to publish the Memories in a Nostalgia feature in the paper.
