Our specialist Business Support team can work with you to:

  • help build the capacity of local charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations by providing business support, or helping to acquire assets. At the same time, this can provide alternative management options for unused assets – passing control to  communities
  • support local Civil Society Organisations to develop  capabilities in relation to the modernised commissioning agenda
  • ensure that Civil Society Organisations are competent to be tender ready

Our Business Support team offers:

Strategic Support including risk assessment, procurement, commissioning and right to provide, project management, business planning and marketing.

Operational Support including support for the placement of interim senior management, governance, new contract support/implementation, project-based support, system implementation and financial management.

Education and Training including ad-hoc training to meet specific needs, seminars, action workshops, coaching and mentoring.
